As a measure to keep our Camp risk management to a minimum, and to keep the cost of your Fish Camp registration package at a value, please read and sign the following agreement.
I recognize that there is a significant element of risk in any adventure, sport, or activity associated with the outdoors. Knowing the inherent risks, dangers, and rigors involved in the activities (including danger from wild animals, rugged terrain/water, and weather), I certify that my family (if applicable) and I, including any minor children, are fully capable of participating in these activities and have no medical issues that would prevent such participation.
I assume full responsibility for my family (if applicable) and myself, including any minor children, for bodily injury, death, loss of personal property, and expenses which may arise from the activities with Knepper’s Alaska Fishcamp (collectively, “Fish Camp”) and release and discharge Fish Camp and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, successors, or assigns from any and all claims or causes of action relating to such injuries/losses. I specifically understand that I and my minor children (if applicable) are waiving any claims or actions (right to lawsuit) that I may have against Fish Camp and its personnel, including any claims for negligence. I further agree to Defend, Indemnify, and Hold Harmless Fish Camp from and against any and all claims, actions, expenses, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) brought as a result of my or my children’s participation with or at Fish Camp.
I further understand that Knepper’s Alaska Fishcamp reserves the right to refuse any person from participating in the activities. I have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions stated herein, and acknowledge this agreement shall be in effect and binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns. Photographs captured may be used for promotion of Fish Camp. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
